cooling a 780ti classy kingpin,what is most effective cheapest method to cool gpu and vram?

Trying to cheaply cool my 780ti kingpin. It hits 65c at a 1140mhz clock. I don't want to spend 300 dollars on a custom loop. Any suggestions?

Improving airflow will make a big difference if you haven't already. Tie up cables, make sure you keep air flowing through to the video card, and away from it.

Adding on to advisers post:

Add more fans and if you can side fans to your case, this will also help cool your GPU.

Set a manual fan curve on the GPU's built in fans.

If your willing to dish out $100 on a cooling system, I suggest trying the kraken GPU bracket and kraken liquid cooler so you get excellent liquid cooled performance for as little as $100-$150.
