AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1.8GHz vs Sempron 1.6GHz

Im thinking of building a dirt cheap computer for doing just basic things such as email or browsing and using a tiny pc case for portability (just experimenting at a low price). But what cpu would be better, the AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1.8GHz or the Sempron 1.6GHz. I dont have much knowledge of cpu's but if anyone could help that would be great :)

If this is the sempron 2700 then get the athlon 64 but If you have to purchase the cpu, motherbd, ram... you might want to consider the intel compute stick at $149 and it even includes win8.1
