LOW FPS GTX750ti

When i play neverwinter or some certain games i get fps from 50 and below i dont know why unless this graphics card it bad. I want to try to find the problem if you guys can help me?

GPU: ASUS GTX 750 TI
CPU: AMD FX 8350
500 watt powersupply
MotherBoard: gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2

Its not your gpu, its that the game favors intel processors. In the case of neverwinter the 8350 only outpaces an intel i3 (dualcore with hypetrthreading) by 3 to 4 Frames. And an i5 (quad core w/ no HT) beats them both by about a dozen fps.
