I have installed new motherboard with existing harddrive, when it loads up it asks to start windows normally or start up repair. It wont start normally so I click start repair. After several minutes it says it cant repair windows? What do I do, do I need to remove all of my old mother board data off the hard drive? then reinstall hard drive and start again? Would appreciate any solutiions please. thanks

You need to reinstall the OS.

You want your existing data off it? Put everything back together as it was....hopefully it will still boot.
Copy your data elsewhere.
Then rebuild it with the new hardware, and reinstall the OS.

Depending on what OS license you have, you may actually need to buy a new Windows OS.
