is my cpu over clock normal ?

i have 4670k and i have 4.4 stable at 1.35v but max temps - core1 90 - core2 92 - core3 90 core4 - 80. did i just get unlucky ?

Those temps are dangerously high, either something isn't right with the mounting of your cooler or you really did get hugely unlucky.

Just to make sure (going back to basics here so don't hate if you are beyond this)

Once you remove your cooler to add a new layer, I want you to properly clean your cpu off and the bottom of your cooler, they should be as clean as possible and no traces of the previous applications should remain.

When applying a new layer of paste, a small amount goes a long way, I quite often see build that have had far too much applied.

Pretty simple stuff.

i have tread that it is not safe to go above 1.3v so i think i will drop it down to 4.3 and i think 4.3 was stable at 1.26v

Good idea, that much voltage for an extra 0.1Ghz isn't worth it.

i dropped it down 4.3ghz and have the voltage at 1.27, i think it can go down to maybe 1.26, need more testing but the highest the temps go is 80

Ah okay, what temps do you get when gaming? That's usually more important as games won't push your CPU as hard as a stress tester.

im not sure i usally stream and record but ill game a bit and post it later. i think tomorrow i am still going to apply new thermal paste just to be safe

That's okay if you mostly game, keep an eye on the temps during long gaming sessions though.
