Nvidia driver issues

So i just got myself a brand new ssd and a copy of windows 7. I have installed the copy of windwos 7 on the ssd. The os seems to be functioning fine before i install the video drivers for my Geforce 660 Ti. After installing the drivers for my card and rebooting the system is where the issue is. the computer boots up fine until right after the starting windows logo. After it the screen just remains black. i have no idea how to resolve this problem. If you need more info feel free to request it.

I had all the correct drivers and it was working fine i just forgot that my tv was hooked up into my comp. When i would boot up it made that display my main one.
