Hi
I am building a budget gaming pc and I was wondering if the Corsair H55 Water Cooler would be sufficient for Over Clocking my i5 4690k? Again I am more budget oriented, as far as this build goes. But if you tell me that I HAVE to get the H100i in oder to get good Overclocking, I guess I will do that.

Using an H55 and H60 doesn't make sense. They perform worse than air coolers that are less expensive and quieter.

You can get a great OC without spending a lot with something like the Noctua NHD14 or Phanteks TC14PE. If you REALLY want a CLC and a few degrees better performance, the Corsair H110 and NZXT Kraken X60/X61 are easy to find on sale and not as loud as most.
