Recently I build new rig with intel G3258 and I overclock it to 3.8ghz on 1.16v , I wonder if this is the optimal voltage for my cpu (as the cpu temp hits to 75c on load (using intel burn test).
what other factor should I change to decrease the temperature of the cpu as it get hot where I live
My Rig Specifications:
Processor: intel G3258
Cooler : Stock Cooler
mother board: asus H81M-v3(bios version 2003)
Ram: Gskill ripjaw 4G DDR3 1600mhz runs at 1400mhz and oc using intel xmp profile
Psu: seasonic s12ii bronze 520w
hd: WD blue 1TB
GPU: NONE
Case : without any kind of air flow
operating system: windows 7 professional 64bit

I'd suggest the XigmaTek Loki II as a possible option or the DeepCool GAMMAXX S40 or The CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 or the CoolerMaster Hyper T2 - all of which are about 140mm tall so they should fit most cases. I personally like the mounting system used by XigmaTek but I've read that the DeepCool GAMMAXX is also rather easy to mount. Those do assume 140mm of clearance in your case (from motherboard to case panel) so if you have less than that other options would need to be looked at. If you have 160mm of clearance, that opens up a whole new field of options but many cases do not have that clearance.

I managed to raise the cpu core ratio to 40mhz (sync all core), decrease the cpu voltage (vcore) to 1.152, enabled xmp provided in asus bios version 2003 - LLC is set to medium(25%) & BLCK is set to [100:100] and everything else is set to auto. the system is stable now after running intel burn test the max temperature recorded was 72 degree Celsius under heavy load and under idle load the temperature is 39-40 degree Celsius. the stock cooler fan speed is set to standard which is 1,200 rpm while in stress test and can get up to 2,100 Rpm in (turbo mode)

I love the concept of the Pentium G3258 if that's what you're asking. As far as the quality of your Pentium G3258, it is possible, can't say offhand, I think you'll be the one to answer that (let us know) once the heat is under control

ok I will but right now I got two choices
first to go with a new cooler master hyper 212 evo
second to go with used (second hand) thermaltake water cooler 3.0 performer

If you have the clearance for the Hyper 212 EVO, it'll perform nicely in there. The ThermalTake 3.0 would also be a good choice although there have been issues with noise on some models - you might inquire if noise was a factor for the personal selling the water cooler. My biggest complaint about the all-in-one water coolers is that they tend to be tricky to install properly*

* as an aside, I started my water cooling adventures with an all-in-one unit, after the second time mounting it (I was constantly changing things in my case) I decided to go to a custom water loop since it had to be easier to deal with (IMO, it is).

well I have space for cooler master in the case but the problem is supports only two fans one in the rare panel and other is on the side panel there is no one on front panel also my PSU is mounted at the top so so it does takes the hot air out of the case . i have got no any type of air filters so i didn't put a fan for this reason

a generic case not a brand really, if I put aside fan as an intake without any dust filter that will be very bad for my power supply as the dust will enter and make problems inside there for this reason I donot plan to put any intake fan ....should I just go with the hyper 212 evo

A filter is not an expensive item and is a good thing to have - I've been using these type lately http://www.moddiy.com/products/Ultra-Thin-0.45mm-PVC-Fan-Dust-Filter-%284cm-to-14cm%29.html which come in different sizes (color options too) since I live in a very dusty area (desert). A cleaning schedule should be considered if dust is that high of a concern. Consider that air must enter the case somewhere in order to provide proper cooling, a fan and filter just makes sense to me.
