so this is my graphics card i am planning on buying this but need to make last minute decisions
to see if it is worthy of buying and if im not wasting my money.

Your CPU and motherboard are fine, you PSU is more important. But there are better GPUs out there for around $250.

You can get an R9 290X for $268, or a 290 for around $230. If you're an nvidia guy you can get a GTX 960 for about $185.
