Additional Comments: I want a computer that runs beautifully. I plan to put Windows 7 on the computer. I do need a power supply recommendation because I am not sure what I should be looking for in a PSU.

Is everything compatible and are there any other components I should consider changing? Also, please recommend a cooling system (liquid or air). I am not looking for new builds.

Really? You have a 450W PSU for a GTX 970, a 1TB SSD, and a Xeon. This would be a much wiser use of money:

Exactly. Component prices will be absolutely different in a week, a month, two months and in six months some of the components you choose might not even still be available or others that are much better might be available for the same price. Listen to the Wolf.
