CPU and Motherboard Temperatures extremely high. CPU Fluctuating from 70C to 100C / Mobo Fluctuating from -31C to 127C

My CPU and Motherboard temperatures are going crazy.. they're fluctuating pretty badily and seem to be going at high temperatures.

I'm aware of the fact that it start's melting after like 97C so I'm assuming it's a software issue because my computer is still running as I type this...
