PSU Advice for New System

Hi, I finally put together a solid plan for a system upgrade. The only wildcard left is the PSU. My current PSU is a 600W Thermaltake TR2 (not even 80+). Now I know all of you are going to trash this right away but this puppy was running an i7 920 with 9GB 3 channel RAM and a GTX 660OC which the CPU is much less power efficient than current gen. The new system is as follows:

i7 4790K
16GB 2400DDR3 CL 10 G.Skill Trident X (2x8)
ASUS GTX 660OC (from old system)
Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5 mobo

I want to have space for OC and SLI in future. WIll the old PSU still work, if not, I'm sure it'll live a couple months till my wallet recoups from sold old parts. Then, what PSU would you recommend. Don't go nuts, just a well priced PSU (note I'm in Canada) that doesn't break the bank.

For a GTX660 SLI you need 600W to run the PC. Get a good one from tier 1 or 2 of http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886 eg Seasonic 620 or 650, XFX 650 or Antec HCG 620M

What about a theoretical GTX1000 series. The only 900 series I would buy is 970 but it has the 3.5GB bullshit so I would wait till the 1070 or something. The SLI is not for 660, it's for future parts. What's your say on my current PSU? The Thermaltake TR2?

is about all I'd recommend.

I use a 750W PSU to be able to run SLI

I had 2 x gtx560s

Now I have 2 x gtx670s

The plan is to get 2 x 970's hopefully soon.

So could you give specific 600W+ PSUs. Having trouble with choice. Looking ideally to keep under $100CAN but DEFINITELY under $150CAN

I used the Tier table from this forum and ended up with this list that is all Tier 2 (can't afford tier 1) Which ones would you pick out? I looked up SLI and overclocking power reqs and 620-650 is pushing awfully close to limit while priced basically same:

Would I get away with the EVGA to shave off the extra $20? They are in same tier, just Bronze and I would say the EVGA looks better given my black/red theme (the Seasonic has a blue label, not a big deal but you know...)

If you now want black and red then get the Antec 750

EVGA is cheaper while same tier, all black and comes with 5 yr warranty. Would EVGA be fine?

Would it be enough for OC and SLI (including future Nvidia GPUs, seems like they are getting more efficient every gen)
