AM3+ Mobo with PCI-e 3.0

Hi,

can anyone suggest a best motherboard for AM3+ socket with PCI-e 3.0 version.....
my specs :-
XFX R9 280X
AMD FX 6300
Transcend 8gb 1600mhz

MY BUDGET IS $100 - $120

The CPU itself does not provide PCIe 3.0 lanes, so there's no point. There is a board, the Asus Sabertooth 990FX Gen3 R2.0, with a PLX chip that allows PCIe 3.0, but it's still communicating with the CPU over HyperTransport 3.1, so it's pointless.
