Hello everyone, I'm attempting to build a gaming pc for around $9,000 (can be a bit more) I want try to allow it to perform all the games at the highest settings. Some of the games I intend to play are GTA 5, Star Citizen, and the Left 4 Dead series. If you have any tips on building it would be helpful.

Here is a 4k gaming setup with G-sync, doubt you will need more than this.

I can still add SSD for the PCI slots to make them faster, but that aint cheap, we talking about from $200-$2000 for about 200GB-1.2TB
Mouse, keyboard, headset etc, thats up to you, thats more personal things.

With 9K, I would be looking for more than a PC.
Id be looking for a full entertainment system (perhaps projector+very good speakers, dedicated amplifier and DAC).
Normally, if its gaming you are after, Id probably get a Sennheiser HD800 as well (headphone), but if your preferences are a bit different, there is a lot to choose from.

Personally I dont know why people obsess so much over 4K. Id go 1080p, but highest quality possible (Panasonic ZT60, Samsung F8500 if you can find them, if not, probably an OLED LG TV).
Spending 4522 on mostly Horsepower to later watch/play your games on a 28 inch monitor or listen to the sounds in a 40 dollar speaker system is like having a ferrari and putting square wheels on it for racing...

Id also probably wait for DX12 to know how CPUs will perform after the new API is released.

Personally I spent around 3 times more on my Tv/projector/speakers and headphones than in my PC :D.
