I currently have a shitty mobo so any of these are a huge upgrade. Just wanted to know which one is better. Dont worry about the price, only 5 Euro differency where I live.

I would simply take the cheaper one.
There is no big difference on both unless you need certain interface e.g.M.2.
BTW: I am using ASUS Z97 Mark 2 and happy with it :)
