My monitor would not wake up. Usually no mouse or keyboard either. I ram memtest and ram was fine. I went into bios and ram was defaulting to 1600 when it was on auto. My ram was 1866. I set the ram to 1866 and have not had the problem since. (months)

This sounds minor but, it is a PITA to always restart.
Maybe someone can help out with an answer on changing ram speed settings because I'm a noob.
Mine was pretty easy.
Also mention if you have changed your ram from the factory installed ram. Mine was on a new build if I would have installed 1600 mhz ram I don't think I would have had any problems.

If you can not change the settings on ram speed and you are defaulting to 1600 or whatever and your ram is something else I would consider changing the ram to match the default. Ram is pretty cheap.
Best of luck.
