I bought the Ttssports Theron mouse- what a mistake: I have been asking them via the website contact form for help since the start of April, and they do not answer!
Does anybody know if they have a direct email address because at the moment I feel like I will never buy any Ttesports/Thermaltake products EVER again because of their disgusting and non-existent customer service.
