what cpu do u recommend for me

Solution
Ok, a couple of things.

1.) You could get a SLIGHTLY faster LGA 775 CPU for this setup, but it would NOT be worth money. That platform is very old now. You need to update to a new platform (motherboard), before you'd see a noticeable gain. You're better off saving your money for something like the setup below:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($109.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-HD3 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($45.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $155.93
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

That's a dual core + hyperthreading, which is "almost" a quad-core. If you can save a little longer, go with a i5-4570 or similar instead. That's also assuming you have a case that can support the smaller Micro-ATX motherboards. If not, get a full-sized H87 or H97 board.

The alternative from AMD would be a cheap 970 series motherboard and a FX-6350. The AMD CPU has more cores, but will usually be beat out by the Intel i3, as older (and many current) games won't use more than 4 cores, and the Intel cores are faster. The i3 uses a lot less power to boot.

2.) You probably don't want any PSU that comes free with a case. A cheap PSU can cause all kinds of hard to troubleshoot problems, and even damage your components. Check this article for more information: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

I bought it 3 years ago for 76$.
Now it costs less.
Also,I've looked up for Quard Core 2 Duo's and they are not beyond mine.

I'm using a 550W PSU for my Core 2 Duo,you'll need a 600W one,at least.

Yeah, it depends on your other components. Your GPU isn't very power demanding, and the CPU upgrade is actually MORE efficient, so a QUALITY 500W PSU would be fine. Something from one of the top 3 tiers in that article I linked.

well iam not gonna buy that cpu ill buy a cheaper one ill search for a cheaper one and will ask u about it

Well, give me your total budget, whether you can fit a Micro-ATX board, and I'll recommend a good mobo/cpu combo. That's the sweet spot for the i3 right now though. Anything less is not going to give you a noticeable improvement, and anything more is going to cost a lot more.

Check NewEgg.com for combo deals. There's usually something out there for buying the mobo & CPU at the same time from them.

That's still a budget processor and a platform that's 2 generations old.

Again, let me know your budget, give me a vendor you can buy from, and I'll recommend something.

If your budget is $75 USD, my recommendation would be to do nothing, and save more money before upgrading.

That's a very cheap choice though.
As much as you don't have high demands for it,you would be fine.
I better recommend you to wait a bit and get some extra-cash.

thanks guys for help but iam not thinking about playing games at high ultra setting all i want to play the games with decent fps and i think i cant afford more than 110$ for both mobo and cpu if there is not a good choice ill go for a temporary good cpu and mobo (h61 mobo and g2030 cpu) and ill save extra money for a higher upgrade

u mean overclocking the cpu ill get ?? and does the h61 mobo support the bios overclocking (sorry i dont know about cpu overclocking but i know about gpu)

Usually "H" series mobo's don't support overclocking, only "Z" series. You have to check your specific model before you buy. If you're not comfortable overclocking, I wouldn't worry about it. I only brought it up as an option for your existing CPU, to get some more juice out of it before you upgrade it.

Again, that upgrade is NOT worth your money. You'd see very little improvement in your gaming. Just save up a little more and go with something that will actually improve your experience, and put you on a more modern platform.

How about this combo. Again, most games are starting to use 4 cores, so as a dual-core it's not very future proof, but it's at least a more significant jump. Being on a modern platform, you could also bump up to a newer, and/or more powerful CPU down the road, without needing to replace your motherboard AGAIN. Finally, with a firmware update and a good CPU cooler, you can overclock this combo pretty hard (Google).

Those are UK vendors, not sure if those are available in Egypt. That site allows you to search a few more vendors, if you click on the link.

That's more like it.

Did you re-install Windows after you upgraded? You always need a fresh install after upgrading a motherboard. Way too many conflicts and weird bugs otherwise.

If you already did that, try a clean uninstall of your GPU drivers, and download and re-install the latest, non-beta drivers.

Also try to flash the latest motherboard BIOS/UEFI, and download and install the latest audio, network, chipset, etc...drivers from the motherboard's website. I also sometimes use a free tool called "Slim Drivers" to track them down. It does a pretty good job without installing junk on your PC.
