I am going to be getting a Radeon R9 280 or 280x for my new gaming PC, I am stuck choosing which brand to get. Out of these brands and series, which do you think I should get?

I would like the one that will get me the most FPS in games and the best graphics, I do not plan to over clock. Please tell me which one you think, or if there is a different card you know of that is better, as long as it is around the same price, please tell me, thanks!

the 280x has a bit of a lower clock speed, will that be noticeable in games or will that be fine because the MSI has a faster speed and it is a bit cheaper

It's not about clock speed so much as processors. The 280X has more shaders, texture mapping units, compute units, etc.

This video gives some frame rates for different GPUs. They're all pretty good. Just get whatever fits in your budget,
