Asus 1 Long Beep, 3 Short Beeps

Hello everyone! I was in the middle of a Counter Strike: Global Offense game and my computer received the blue screen of death. The computer restarted but nothing appeared on the monitor, so I shut it down and relaunched it. I get an error code from the motherboard: 1 long beep and 3 short beeps.

I'm pretty sure that refers to either a ram or graphics card issue, but it should be the graphics card since I was able to put in my old graphics card and it works. Either way, I tried reseating the RAM and the error persist.

I have the Asus P8B75-M/CSM motherboard and the Asus GeForce GTX 960 graphics card.

Any solutions?

Yeah, I saw that PDF for Asus so I knew it was for the graphics card itself. Should I just send it to the factory for repair?

I know the GPU isn't completely broken as the fans will still start and then stop on start up.
