Hey guys! Its been a while since i've asked a question but since the people on this forum always succeed in helping me out, here we go again!

Currently i have a GTX 760 and its doing pretty fine with most games (BF4/BFHL/CSGO/GTAV/Final Fantasy XIV) etc etc. But it doesn't play them on high while it holds a steady 60+ fps.

Do you guys think i should get the upgrade is it worth it and is it worth they money?
GTX 970 would cost me 400Euros while i could sell my old GPU for 100 euro(Got someone willing to buy it right now)

2. The 500MB Issue, will i notice this "Design flaw" As some people call it? I'm using 3 monitors only use 1 for gaming and i just wanna be able to play all my current games on high(If not higher) and same goes for the next 2-3 years(1080P)

3. Should i save up and buy a gtx 980? Which in my opinion isn't really worth it price to performance ratio which is why i'm leaning towards the 970.

And yes i'm leaning towards the nVidia cards, always been a loyal customer there so i prefer to stick with them since they never really let me down.

And it all comes down to the performance. will i see a big increase? Will i notice a world of difference, will i be able to crank my settings up to high/ultra ?

anything else you guys wanna pitch in? Everything is welcome!

if now yes get the 970 it wont drop in price unless AMD new line up is a strong enough competitor which is it should be although only the R9 390 and 390X are new cards the R9 380 is a fully unlocked Tonga (R9 285)

and the R9 380X might be a new chip if anything it will only drop the price down by maybe 20 euro lol?

1080P u wont notice the design flow if the GTX970 but afaik even a single GTX980 struggle to power GTA V im waiting for the R9 390 or 390X before i upgrade

Hmm cool thanks ! :) Not sure about the GTA Part i can play GTA V on med/high 1080P with final fantasy XIV running on the background / different monitor with slight FPS drops obviously not 60+ frames but i'm hoping the 970 is more than enough power to play it on high 1080+ while it holds 60+ fps.

You would recon to wait for the R9 390? Is it alot better than 970/980 or is it you just prefer those cards over nvidia ?
