Overclocking Failed ... How TO FIX ?

Hi guys I don't know a lot about PC yet .My problem is my PC won't turn on sometimes but it turn on after a few days.
Then when I start it there's a message "Overclocking Failed"
then i have to press F1 to proceed and F2 to Change Setting


P.S : I didn't change the setting of my pc ... my pc setting was all default

Have you got any experience looking at the inside of computers? If so, if you crack open the case and put a jumper on your clear CMOS button/remove the internal battery for 15 seconds or so, then place it back in, this should clear your CMOS, and restore your bios to defaults. I'd give this a shot and see what happens.
