Help running COD 4

There's going to be a gaming competition in my school and I was wondering if the computers there will be able to run Modern Warfare. From what I remember, they all had i3 640 processors. Now I am not able to find these processors on the net. They have 4GB RAM and no graphic card. So I'm wondering if the machines could run the multiplayer ( even if it is at lowest settings and low resolution). Help will be appreciated. If I'm missing something let me know.

With integrated graphics card they will run it at lowest settings but don't expect more than 40fps, with several drops below 20's so don't expect it to be smooth at all.

The computers are able to run Counter Strike 1.6 smoothly, so atleast this will run........ Right?

Yeah Counter Strike 1.6 isn't nearly as demanding as CoD4, CS should run with no issues, perhaps some FPS drops when close to multiple smoke grenades.
