i planning to buy this cpu to mod SK 775 to SK 771 but that store have 2 CPU is E5450 and E5440 this two CPU is only different about the clock speed, E5450 is 3.0Ghz and E5440 is 2.8Ghz. So Im GG that two CPU and i found this page. You Guys can see the link i post in below, when you click it and go see the chart of gamming based on System requirement that in GTA V the E5440 just get -8% with the system requiment of GTA V but the E5450 got 24% ???? that was my question help me to chose it tks guy :)

well i play GTV on my C2D e8500 with GTX 650 4gb ram and my system can handle the medium setting at 1600x900 with 30FPS lock, it's only drop FPS if i drive a car too fast it's drop to 20-25 FPS then Normal to 30FPS right away just drop for a few seccond. I Want to Improve it by replace a Quad Core CPU like the E5440. Will the Performance will improve ? Will my system can handle Medium Setting at 60 FPS ? i'm planning to use this PC not for long, i just wanna play at medium or low setting all the offline game and can handle other online game like LoL at max setting :D

I would say that to me the clock speed difference is worth the $5. As said that is an old cpu, and all the clock speed u can get will help. Im running dual X5450 in a server, same as the E5450 with zero differences that i can tell other than tdp. But i upgraded from a single E5405 a 2ghz quad core, to a single x5450 and got big improvements on multithreaded workloads, and the dual cpus just made it better. Not that my server workloads are the same as gaming, but either way the clock speed should help, and to me that $5 is worth it.
