Hey guys, im gonna but this card on monday, but i wanna ask - This card, i heard it's really good, and almost haves the same performance as the 970 (almost) like 10-20 fps different in games..

can you guys tell me some about it?

Try to get the sapphire tri-x version of the r9 290

If not, then the xfx is just fine

Somewhat similar in performance, not much difference if the game greets you with "amd gaming evolve" logo

Its nothing much, some games utilizes the mantle technology on the Gpu, like battlefield 4

Which means, that game is more biased towards amd cards, same with other games opening with Nvidia logo

The difference is not much but some settings are opted out.
