I recently put my pc together and went to power it on. It did not. I than preceded to test the power supply and I can confirm that the fans and cpu fan work but the pc will not power on nor get video to a monitor. I'm looking for possible solutions and help.
Pc wont power on but power supply works help appreciated

CPU: Intel 15 4690k Motherboard: msi z79 gaming 5 gpu:msi gtx 970 gaming 4g fan:stock intel psu: EVGA 600b hd: western digital 1tb blue
btw just got the motherboard today on an return the first one was doa (that's what msi said) and this one is new so unless I got 2 bad boards in a row im pretty sure it's not the motherboard and the fans power when I use the power supply tester
