So Im having an issue getting any 3rd monitor to work with my 7970.
Recently one of my monitors went out. Thinking the active adapter went bad, I replaced it with:

Unfortunately I still have the same issue. For whatever reason my card only works as long as only 2 ports are being used. It doesnt matter the combination I use as long as only 2 ports are used. The second I try to plug in that 3rd monitor, the 3rd one goes into power save mode and my 2 outer monitors come on. In fact, the 3rd monitor is not even recognized at this point. However if the 3rd monitor was one of ports being used, it works fine. I am not sure what to do.
