Blank Screen when I installed my new graphics card

I replaced my 280W PSU with a 430w TR2.

The graphics card I bought to replace my old one is the AMD Radeon R7 250 OC edition. 2GB DDR3.

When I turned on my computer the monitor displayed no signal and the screen stayed black.

I figured I must have installed it wrong and damaged my computer so I put in the old graphics card and it worked perfectly fine. The problem seems to happen when I install the new graphics card. I made sure the card was inserted properly. Maybe my power supply is not enough? On the box of the new graphics card it needs 400+W. Mine is 430.

The PSU should be able to handle your new graphics card. Actually, the graphics card you are using doesn't consume much power so that shouldn't be the problem.

First, what was your original graphics card and second, what motherboard are you using (or if you are upgrading some components in a OEM prebuilt desktop, what model is the desktop)?

I Actually brought it back to the store and it turns out that it was a faulty card. For anyone that has this problem let me just say that it might not be your computer but actually a faulty product! Knowing that would have saved me a ton of time....
