I'm unfortunately having troubles bumping the CPU in this build of mine: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/nLqkcf
past 4.0 GHz. I have the latest bios, drivers, windows updates, but the thing still refueses to boot at >4.0 GHz. I am not hitting thermal boundaries (75C at most).
Current OC:
Core @ 4.0GHz
Ring @ 3.8GHz
Core voltage is at 1.225.
Ring is on auto. Running stable for months at this.
