My current build:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K CPU: http://bit.ly/19Baf3P

MOBO: MSI A78M-E35 Motherboard: http://bit.ly/1i5hNjP

GPU: Radeon R7 260X: http://bit.ly/1knwNcD

Memory: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM: http://bit.ly/19g9ejF

HDD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD: http://bit.ly/1bTXUUt

PSU: 430W Corsair CX430 PSU: http://bit.ly/18UZgyn

Case (Miniatx?):Rosewill Line-M Case: http://bit.ly/1erNC5S

Im planning to upgrade my cpu to a AMD FX 8350 and Im wondering:
1.What PSU would I need?
2.Will it run CS GO at high graphic settings stable almost 200 fps?
3. Will it run any modern titles like BO3, Battlefield or Watch Dogs at 60fps
4. What gpu should I upgrade to if this wouldn't work with anything I just asked

Thanks for all your answers, I really appreciate your work and time to answer my question :) Have a Nice Day

EDIT:
I know CS GO is a game that uses cpu much more than GPU. Running over 150 fps stable at max settings is crucial for me. Can you propose a build that I would need to upgrade as least as possible (so I wouldn't need to build a new 1000 dollar PC) and would run it 200 fps if my build above with FX wouldn't work

Solution
CS:GO isn't incredibly "CPU heavy".

The build you have listed above should do a pretty good job, minus max anti aliasing.

I would recommend about quality 550w for your system, but a little more won't hurt.

Who cares about 200fps, even I use max_fps 120

yes you can run most modern games at a 'high' setting

Whatever is in your budget.

I got this video card.

this is why
http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R7-260X-vs-Radeon-HD-6970

if you get the HD6970 you will need a bit more on the PSU front something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139048&ignorebbr=1
this is the power supply I have running my hd6970 and a 125 watt phenom II. some say the cx series has issues, but for the price and customer service I went for it.

My CS:go went from barely playable(I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn) to downright fun.

May I ask why do you need such high FPS on CS:GO?

I have a 144hz monitor so I would want a minimum 150 stable fps. I don't use the V-Sync or Antialiasing but all I need is the max graphical settings like shadows and models etc.
