I'm currently using the latest drivers, with Exclusive Mode options turned off. In CS:GO, I can rarely hear footsteps and gunshots over ambient noises on certain maps, can't hear footsteps/gunshots from a medium distance, or tell the direction the sound is coming from. Many times people tell me 'you heard him <insert location>', yet I didn't hear anything. I'm really unsure of what else to try.
