Building a Budget Gaming/rendering Pc

I am an architecture student and am planning to build a gaming pc for both gaming and rendering works. I have been doing some research and have found that most of the software I plan to use will be able to utilise only one processor which made me eliminate the xeon series. Now I require a higher clock rate and a good graphics card to go with it. The problem is that my max budget is 800$.It would be great if you could recommend me the configuration that I should go with. I do not want to use AMD processor so please dont suggest that. Thanks in advance.

Here it is, I went a little over budget, but having an SSD is a must with this budget, however, if you can't spend that much, drop the SSD.

only use B2 G2 P2 from EVGA everything elss is crap by comparison to their Superflower counterparts

XFX Uses seasonic for their PSUs and 90% of them are good quality

You are wrong, and dont say bad things about a PSU if you dont search if it's good or not. The GS series is as good as B2 G2 P2 and it's made by seasonic.
