does a dell optiplex 790 dt
my specs:
i7 2600
6GB Ram
500GB Storage
250W PSU
under $100 if you can im guessing i have like 69w left in my psu
I would like to play games in low setting and atleast 30 FPS im seeing that the EVGA GT 730 2GB GDDR5 also i need it for After Effects,Premier Pro, and C4D work also if AMD can work with this 3 programs and has better FPS ill take it

Solution
at least a mid size tower that has 2 plus 5.25" drive bays plus 3 plus 3.5" drive bays. get 1 to 2 case fans the bigger the better as they'll make less noise the bigger they are as long as they'll fit into the case. if 1 fan in front have it blow air into the case as the back case fan will blow the air out the back as will the psu fan.

Well for after effect and premiere pro you want a good amount of cuda cores and the EVGA GT 730 2GB GDDR5 low profile has 384 which i would think is good and has 38w power consumption and C4D i would think you can benefit on a gpu because it has to do with 3d also the size doesnt matter of the PSU i dont have the side panel for this computer because i bought it from some guy and it costed use $200 and i just put a side panel next to it from another pc and just stop it with some books

http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P3-3733-KR this one but can you tell me if i can just take out the processor out of this comupter also the RAM and build something like this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/y333XL and than add more stuff later on

so right now just get the new case, videocard plus the psu & take the motherboard & drives out of that dell case. I did the reverse in that I put a gigabyte board plus drives & videocard into a hp Compaq mid tower as I can remove the right side panel to access the motherboard if I have to connect a customer's hard drive to it. I also added a usb3 port to the front of the case from an usb 3 3+1 hub card I added to the board.
