My card is idling and jumps from 150MHz memory clock to 1500 constantly. There is also constant black screen flickering.
Drivers are up to date (14.12)
Card is SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 OC
Temperatures are normal, nothing has been altered.
What could be causing such inconsistent Memory Clock?
