Graphics card upgrade, help required !

Hi guys,

I want to know if the following graphics card fits my motherboard (looking for an upgrade of my current card : AMD Radeon HD 6570 - Acer Aspire M3920 desktop) :

Sapphire R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 TOXIC Boost (other suggestions up to 200€ are fine as well)

Please let me know if this is possible, and if i have to purchase a different PSU as well.

200€ for the GPU only, if it is required to purchase a different PSU then i'll create budget for this ;)

"What the processor of that desktop btw."

The CPU is the Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge.
The main question i'm having is if the Sapphire R9 270X will fit my motherboard (i suppose it's PCI-E, so shouldn't be a problem).

"If you wanna get the R9 270X,get a better PSU like 550 watts."

And also if it's required/necessary to purchase a different PSU for this GPU or if the current PSU will sustain.

Well before I start giving up prices, what is the watt rating for your already-existent PSU?
