Hi, i have a pc with specs as follows:
8GD DDR3 RAM
550W thermaltake PSU
i3 2100 3.1Ghz
HD7950 windforce edition
Foxconn H61MXT1/f2/-s/-v (motherboard)

My problem is that when i connect the card to my board, the screen doesn't display anything and it does't boot up (no BEEP sound) but the fans on the card, CPU and GPU spin. But when i connect to the Onboard graphics it displays and boots up properly.

What i tried so far:
I used another motherboard with my same psu and the card came on and machine booted up.
My motherboard still works and my PCI slot works because i tried another GPU and it worked fine.
I tried going to the BIOS and set the primary graphics adapter to PEG/PCI.

What can i do to fix this issue?

Solution
There probably is something wrong with the compatibilities between your motherboard and your GPU.
Sounds like another hardware issue to me.

This is a bit old now. I ended getting a new board and the card works fine. However on my old board (Foxconn) I'm running a gtx 580 and it works. I think it was most likely a compatibility issue and the board didn't support my card.
