I'd go with the cheapest one
The GIGABYTE one is the loudest and the longest. With the MSI GTX 970, it's much quieter,cooler and smaller so more airflow in the case. Although out of the box, the gigabyte version is quicker for about 3%.

because i have one--at 1600mhz with water cooling and it did 1500mhz on air and was still so quiet
and because its shorter than the g1--the g1 takes up an awful lot of room

The Gigabyte has the best air Cooler. It will OVerclock better by a good margin over the MSI. The fans being loud/silent depends on your input. You can easily set the fans to high/low and even the MSI will sound like a Harley if you set fans to 100%

Since the Gigabyte 970 overclocks better and has better air cooler, I'm going with that because I don't mind it being huge since I will have a Corsair 500R which fits the largest GPUs in the market even without removing the drive cage. Thanks everyone for helping me.
