Is this build good for 1080p gaming on ultra

is this good enough:
i5 4690k (will be overclocked)
MSI Z97 gaming 3 atx motherboard(fit for intel)
HD 7970 OC
corsair H105 240mm
Vaporise V9 gaming PC ATX (adding cooling)
8gb ddr3 ram

i hope to run GTA v maxed and bf3 maxed 1080p and hopefuly upgarde to 4K. thanks in advance

Thanks but not maxing out 4K i mean low to medium setting at 60fps, i have seen a cheapo build run gta 5 medium/low settings on 4k. thank you though.

I dont think you will max out GTA 5 with a 7970 but it will look and run really well. im assuming your carrying over the 7970 from your old setup into a new build?

yes the 7970 is being carried over. will i be able to run gta v on high or a mix of that and ultra, at a solid 60 fps.
