internal hard drive is not working after power failure during partitioning. what should i do to revive it ?

i was re-partitioning my hard drive of my pc but it was taking very long so i unplugged my pc. now it wont start.
i removed the internal hard drive and connected it to another working pc to check but it doesnt show on other working pc either.

Hi there Abhay Ashok,

Is the drive recognized by Disk Management and BIOS, when connected to the other computer(see whether it is recognized by the BIOS of your system as well)? What do you mean by " it wont start"?

In case it is not, then the drive is most probably dead.
In case it is, you can test it with some HDD testing tool and see whether there is something wrong with it. You may need to get a new drive. :(
