I plan to use this PC for gaming, streaming (not really would be nice [low quality streams]), music production, and everyday browsing.

Games: GTA V, Battlefield 3/4, Payday 2, Arma 2/3, Skyrim, CS:GO and a few other smaller games.

I would like to play ~30fps on higher games and ~60fps on smaller games. With low/medium for higher games (Such as GTA V) and medium/high/ultra on smaller games (Such as Minecraft). I also plan to dual monitor in the future but it's not required for me. If I can't play the game on high, I'll play it on low. As long as I can play it with steady fps.

My Budget: $600. I would like to spend a little bit less so I could buy a few extra things (MIDI cable, cheap mouse/headphone/ or keyboard).

I don't plan overclocking.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These are three builds all similar except the CPU.
1. Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DNKnqs
2. Intel Core i3-4370 3.8GHz: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/g7fVXL
3. Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TqDnqs

I was recommended the 4150 but after searching I saw the 4370 and decided to put those against each other but also against an i5-4430.

I'm leaning toward the i3-4370 because it's ~$565.41 and I have a few extra $ to purchase a $30 keyboard/mouse or headphones.
Is there anything I can change in the builds? I prefer the i3-4370 but if the 4150 is good enough, I could go with that.

This is going to be my first PC Build.

Here is a build that will max out just about any game at 1080p, and I think I squeezed in some good stuff with some pricing headroom left

Thanks but that's too expensive for me. My max is $600.
I don't have to stream, it's just an option I could do. I don't need to max out all games. If I can play GTA V on medium with 60fps. That's great, if I have to put it low for 60fps. That's great also. Because currently I'll play a game like Skyrim on lowest settings on 10 fps.
