Is this PC able to run DayZ at at leaf 720p at 60 FPS. Thank You.

CPU:Intel Core i5-4440S 2.8GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard:Asus H81M-D PLUS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory:Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage:Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card:Asus GeForce GTX 650 1GB

Power Supply:Corsair CSM 450W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

No that is very far off.

Most high-end PC's can't run DayZ at 60fps because of poor optimization anyways.

The GPU is very poor, go for a much better one.

4GB RAM is not enough, you need atleast 2x4GB.

Besides that you should get a better PSU aswell really.

Poor build. It's better if you focused on a less expensive CPU and then improved the rest. Maybe an i3-4150 but I suggest you take the Athlon x4 760/860k.
