Okay so, when he is playing a game and it crashes. He says the Sound says bbrrrrrrrrrrrr.... and the game freezes totally. he can still see. The monitor just freezes and he is not able to use Keyboard, Mouse. He will have to restart the computer by the "Reset" on the PC Case. Do he need a driver?
