hey guys
i recently bought high-end pc with this specs : i7 5960x -2gtx 980-gb x99 gaming wifi-32gb ddr4 ram -ax1500i psu - 2 Samsung 850 EVO 1TB - 2 wd black 4tb
here is the problem i installed all the pc together and started the pc i didn't see my 2 wd 4tb hdd
i checked the connection and started the pc same problem i figured that the 2 hdd are dead so start the pc for now i installed my old hdds in this one when i started the pc after 2 seconds i smelled smoke then fire although the 2 sdd are working but there one of them that work sometimes and sometimes no and all the 4 disks was on the same sata power cable so what i should do now is it from my psu or what ??

I looked three times and didn't see that before. Huh. Thanks for pointing that out. Clearly it's NOT a cheap or off brand PSU. There must be something else that was done or connected wrong, or just faulty hardware. Could have been a faulty drive that pulled too many amps or a bad PSU. To start with I wouldn't run all the drives off a single power cable. I'd try to keep it to two drives per cable, but clearly if you pulled enough amps through that cable for the HDD to catch fire, you need to discard that cable and use another. I'd be for testing the PSU to make sure it isn't the problem itself:
