Your not going to get a extremely good one in this price range... but if I had to recommend on it would be the CybertronPC Borg-Q GM4213A Desktop... it runs medium setting quite well and gets the job done for a good value...
If you are really trying to get a beter one you will have to build it your self since you won't have to pay extra money for labor. Building one for this price could end up being a way beter cpu than any other pre built one, if you know what you are doing.
