I recently bought a new power supply (EVGA 500W) along with a new graphics card (EVGA 8400 GS) and when trying to power on my computer, I am getting no video, not even to the boot screen. I get video when connecting my cable to the on-board video slots, but nothing at all shows up when connected to the graphics card. The power cables should be set up correctly to the motherboard as the fan is working fine. I tried the graphics card on another PC and it worked fine. There is no beeping or anything when starting the computer, just no video at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure to check your BIOS settings. Is it still selecting the integrated graphics as the primary video source? You need to have it select PCIe as the main video source. Also, what motherboard are you using?
