PC rebooting randomly what could be causing this?

I had asked this question before but it seems like my power supply wasn't the culprit, I upgraded my Lepa N500 to an XFX TS 550 and the problem still persist. I've ruled out my PSU, HDD, GPU, & RAM as possible culprits since the PSU is new and from a reputable brand, and the other components all worked fine in an older build. That leaves me with my motherboard an M5A78L-M LX Plus and my cpu an FX 8320 at stock clocks, I also get an AMD Northbridge and Processor Core error. It also seems like the restarts don't even occur under load, they can happen seconds after the computer has booted in into Windows.

Since you had the components working fine in an old build, and already swapped on the PSU, I'd suspect the motherboard. It's pretty rare for a CPU to be faulty, not to say it can't happen, but I'd say it's a higher chance of the board being bad, especially since your not overclocked at all. I'm assuming you updated to the latest BIOS as well, ran memtest86, prime95, ect. to try to narrow down where the problem lies.

Yep, i've tested pretty much every component and I installed the latest BIOS. I also had a couple issues with USB and Ethernet ports not working until after a restart.

With all the testing you performed already, plus the PSU swap, and the "odd" USB Ethernet issues, I'm leaning towards a bad/flaky board. BTW, how did this all start? Anything odd before this started? Only other thought I have at the moment is some kind of odd compatibility somewhere(maybe RAM or GPU doesn't like your specific board). I had a board awhile back(probably 10 years ago now), that didn't like my X-Fi soundcard. Would get random BSOD. Put the same card, using same drivers in a different board along w/ some other upgrades, works fine ever since.

No idea how it started, re-installing Windows right now to make sure it isn't the issue, my RAM and GPU should be compatible as well they were in some OEM Holly FM1 motherboard before so I wouldn't think theres any compatibility issues.
