I have a windows image file, but it has an ending .bin. I try to open it with windows image viewer and it just keeps saying isnt compitable or needs to be updated. The viewer is up to date so I am assuming there is a problem with the file? It was emailed to me. It is for a company/shop flyer so I do not know what the problem is.

bit unusual to be .bin

though some specific programs may save it as a .bin file

i would ask who ever emailed it to you what software they created it with
