Is it possible for a single network card to make multiple connections to a single Wifi network using different MAC addresses. Suppose i want to connect to a Wifi network using 2 mac addresses, one would be the original MAC and the other spoofed.

Some nic drivers let you change the mac address most do not at least under windows. Hard to say if you could make it run multiple mac addresses, it can in some AP configurations do that so the radio chips appear to support this. You would have to really dig into the linux drivers the chipset manufacture provide to see if it will run in clinet mode with multiple macs.
