Different RAM's can cause slowdowns on the PC? Should I buy new ones?

Hello everyone!

I've been using 2 different ram's in the past 6 months, they are:

2x Adata's 11-11-11 1600Mhz (1x 4GB, 1x2GB)
1x Hyper X 10-10-10 1600Mhz (1x 4GB)

I think my PC it's not having the speed it should have.
So here's what i'm thinkin: Buying a 2x4GB Gskill Ripjaws, so I can have only 8GB and the RAM's are the same so it should be no problems.

Because today I took of the 1x Adata 2Gb RAM and now my PC boots faster just with the 4GB Adata's RAM and the 4GB the Hyper X RAM.

Should be a RAM problem right?´
Wanna hear the community opinion.
Thanks :)

When sticks are rated to 10-10-10 and the other 11-11-11 ? That would be a good way to throw it into an endless loop

If the 2 4GB sticks are playing nice, I'd simply stick with them in dual channel. If the mobo is fairly current in all throwing the 2GB stick in can cause lag

The 4GB ones are playing nice, but I'm going to sell them for a friend, so I think the best option now it's buying the Gskill Ripjaws. They're faster and should put my PC a bit more faster too. What do you think? Should I really buy the Ripjaws?
