What graphics card should I get for my current PC?

First post, hello all.
I was just wondering if any of you could help with this, struggling a bit (I am not brilliant at the inner workings of the PC).
Here's my current specs:
AMD A8 6600K Quad Core Processor / CPU running at 3.9GHz (With 4.2GHz Turbo Mode!)
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
LATEST AMD RADEON HD8570D Graphics!
1TB Hard Drive
SAMSUNG 24X DVD / CD - RW Dual Layer Optical Disc Drive
MSI A78M-E35 uATX Motherboard (Full specifications of this board can be found here)
500W Quiet Power Supply with 120mm Cooling Fan

(Sorry if it sounds like an advertisement, I took it off the page I got the PC from haha :S )

As you may have noticed, I don't have a dedicated graphics card so I am running games at the moment via integrated graphics and it's pretty poo. I don't know what graphics card is compatible with my pc and what would be best to get to optimise it.
Not really looking to spend more than £130 ($200) on a GPU... Although if you think I could improve my PC in multiple places let me know and I could potentially increase my budget for a better overall gaming experience.
Thanks for the help! :bounce:

EDIT: Here's the PC I bought if you're after any more info, thanks!

Solution
Not really mate - you could install an aftermarket CPU cooler to quieten the system down but not really necessary.

The 270x with your CPU will do a grand job at medium 1080p or high 720p settings for gaming no problem at all.

PSU wise as you have a budget system
EVGA 500B 500W 80+ BRONZE PC Power Supply https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00DZ6R9GE/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_0FA7vbKYWG3FK

I'm not going to recommend a tier 1/2 £60-70 number because that evga is about 10x better than your current PSU & will do a fine job.

2 cables to plug into the motherboard , 2 cables for the hard / DVD drives , 2 cables for the 270x.

Tie the others out the way (PSU comes with a few plastic ties) - can't go wrong - easy as pie.

Do you know any that might be a little cheaper? It costs over £150 here, just thinking... Won't that graphics card be a little bit overpowered compared to the rest of my PC? Or is it worth buying a graphics card that good so I won't have to upgrade it again in the future anytime soon

Really late reply I know, took your advice and bought the r9 270x

"Sapphire Dual-X Radeon R9 270X OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card with Boost"

Anyway, I am struggling to fit it, are you sure it fits in my motherboard? It physically fits the dimensions of the pc no problem but when I put the GPU into the PCI slot I have to disconnect these 2 cables otherwise they block it...
The 2 cables are the SDD connector and Im not sure the other one...

Anybody reading this, help would be really appreciated, also the r9 270x has 2 6pin connectors that I think im supposed to connect, cant see anywhere for them to go though :S

Help please! I can upload pics if it would help

Picture isnt great quality sorry!

The 4 sata slots, they're all kind of in the way when I plug in the r9 270x, the gpu takes up all of the room. It looks as if the other cable is connected to the dvd drive but I am not 100% sure on that.

Struggling to get a photo of the label but it says its an ATX 500-B
I have somehow managed to plug in the r9 270x over the cables by pushing them over to the right a fair amount but I still havent connected the two 6pin cables from the graphics card anywhere into my pc and thus far my pc hasnt recognised my new GPU.
I will definitely look into buying those right angle cables, will definitely help

Its going tobvw a generic cheapo special mate - on the label it will have a table with 12v rating below.
No doubt yours will be between 22-26w??

If this is the case there's no way that's going to power a 270x (or any other GPU for that matter)

You are going to need a new PSU mate.

You're probably right, I had a feeling this gpu might be too good for the rest of my pc haha, are they reasonably easy to fit? what power supply would you recommend for me?
and any other upgrades you think I might need to run that R9 270X? I'm not looking to spend more than £100 if possible but if you think I need to I could stretch...

I would personally suggest an XFX 550W power supply or a Seasonic 520W power supply.
